• How much does shipping cost?

  We offer worldwide free shipping, but you’ll ba able to also opt for express with an extra charge.
  Amongst our carriers: DHL, USPS, Norway Post, NL Post, FedEx, UPS, etc…  we’ll coordinate the best shipping solution available depending on each order’s location

   
• How come your prices are lower than the competition?

  We surprisingly receive this question a lot, so we’re happy to address it. Cost efficiency and management, allowing the most amount of people possible to access this marvelous universe of MODs, was one of our pillar values when setting up WristModding. We prefer to play around with thinner margins but have a broader audience, as we wish to be a key player in popularizing MODs, but please note that we DO NOT compromise quality, and we only use the best and highest-quality components available for each of our creations.

   
• Is there any sort of insurance for my order?

  Apart from our 2 years-warranty that covers any malfunctioning or defects, with watches/components replaced or fixed for free, all our shipments are insured, an insurance that we pay for and will be deducted from our payout, in case anything happens to the package from the moment we drop it off to the moment you receive it, or in case it gets lost.

• Can I customize my order?

  Absolutely! Unless it’s a very peculiar request that might need extra charges (and engravings, custom dial printing, etc…), at no additional cost you can customize your timepiece by reaching out to us at the email below, or from the bottom right contact window.
